By engaging Manus Expert for services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide specialized consulting and development services for the Manus AI platform.
Service delivery times vary by project scope, with most single-issue fixes delivered within 24–48 hours. We offer unlimited revisions until the project scope is met to your satisfaction. "Satisfaction" is defined as the successful completion of the agreed-upon technical tasks.
Payments are handled via direct secure invoicing. Our standard project fee structure requires a 30% non-refundable deposit to begin, 30% upon reaching the mid-project milestone, and the final 40% upon completion and approval. Invoices are payable via PayPal or Credit Card. All project quotes are valid for 14 days.
Every project includes 30 days of post-delivery support for issues directly related to the completed work. This does not cover new feature requests or issues caused by user-made changes to the site after delivery.
Manus Expert is not liable for platform-wide outages of Manus AI, hosting provider failures, or loss of traffic due to search engine algorithm updates. We provide technical implementation based on current platform capabilities.
Either party may terminate a project if requirements cannot be met. If Manus Expert cannot deliver the promised result, a full refund will be issued. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
